Room in Beautiful House w/Jacuzzi/Sauna/Koi Pond – Avail July 9.

Beautiful hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room with gorgeous tiling in the kitchen. Wonderfully eclectic details throughout On site washer/dryer.

The bathroom will be shared with one other person (I have a private bathroom).

Centrally located and close to 110, 134, 2, 210, 5, 10 fwys. Minutes to Pasadena, 10 Minutes to downtown LA, & 15 – 20 minutes to Hollywood.

Bus stop (w/all night running bus to Hollywood and downtown) and train stop (gold line) are both located 1 mile away. Day time bus stop at end of street.

The house features a lush, large, multilevel fenced/private backyard with an authentic sauna, koi pond, and jacuzzi Doesnt get better than this

I have 2 cats (indoor/outdoor) and 2 sun conures (small parrots). The other roommate has one cat that is indoor/outdoor. mostly outdoors. Must love critters If I consider you, Ill consider your critters =)

Plenty of free street parking in a nice neighborhood.

Rent is $650 for the 8.5 X 13.5 room. I add an additional $100 flat fee for utilities (they run from $300 -$350/mo. yes, they run high). $750 total/mo It’s a deal. $150 deposit.

Please, please. look the address up on a map before contacting me. If it’s too far, then please don’t waste my time or yours. And, please be aware of the room size. I’ve posted measurements. =)

Additionally, I am bit of night owl and often will be watching tv or listening to music in my room at night. Of course, I keep the volume down, but if you are the kind of person that hears footsteps down the hall, doors opening, or just in general is excessively anal about things, then this is probably not the best place for you.

And one last thing I am going to be very strict about receiving rent on time and in full (too many problems with past tenants). If this might be a problem, please look else where.

A little about myself: I’m a female, have been around the sun about 25 times, and I’m a computer programming major. I currently work doing freelance web design/ web development, and SEO. I’m laid back, responsible, and keep a tidy house. 420 friendly. I do get out and enjoy the nightlife. Some things I enjoy: cartoons, gaming, dancing, music (Joy Division, The Cure, Depeche Mode, Bauhaus, ect along with various electronic music including electro, pystrance, dubstep, ect.).
